Hye Grade Dispensaries is an adult-use cannabis retailer preparing to open in Northeast Minneapolis, Minnesota. This site and our email updates are intended only for adults 21 and older.

What we collect

Email signup: when you join opening updates, we collect your email address, your consent choice, your 21+ affirmation, and the signup timestamp. We use this to send store updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Careers applications: when you apply for consideration, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, role of interest, your message, and your uploaded resume or CV.

Cookies & local storage

We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, analytics, or third-party trackers on this site. The only thing we store in your browser is a small local-storage note remembering that you confirmed you are 21 or older, so we do not ask again on every visit. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser's site data.

Why and how we use it

We use email signup information to send opt-in marketing updates about the store opening, store news, and related Hye Grade announcements.

We use careers application information solely to evaluate your job application and communicate with you about possible roles. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored securely in a private, access-controlled business system, protected by encryption in transit and at rest and limited to authorized team members. Resumes and CVs are kept as part of the related application record.

This site and its email updates are for adults 21 and older. We ask you to affirm that you are 21 or older before signing up for email updates.

How to unsubscribe or request deletion

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email support@hyegrade.com to unsubscribe or request deletion of your email signup or careers application data.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Email signup details are kept until you unsubscribe or the coming soon program ends. Careers application details are kept for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized unless you are hired or a longer period is required by law or for legitimate business records.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@hyegrade.com. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site, hiring process, store operations, or legal requirements change. When we make updates, we will revise the effective date shown above.
